Mix it up! Sangria bars are spicing up receptions. Sangria includes the guests’ wine of choice (red, white or rose) infused with real fruit poured over ice. During an event we created for the Knot’s “Cocktails & Connections”, we offered a champagne and organic chocolate bar, which became a big hit among guests. Another new trend in beverages is the solid cocktail, served in spoons instead of glasses. Think Jell-O shots with panache! Different flavor martinis or whatever drink the couple enjoys, can be made in this solid form to serve to your guests. These small cocktails are a great way to sample new flavors and offer your guests a unique beverage experience.
