I recently attended an ISES workshop help on “Wedding Planning for the Modern Bride!” This event and others like it, help all of us to stay on top of what is up and coming in weddings and events this year. I will be blogging more about the “Top Twelve trends of 2012”, but let’s start with my love affair with the innovative dishes that I enjoyed with my table mates! These two topped our favorites list: oven roasted eggplant tart with wild mushroom reduction and banana caramel cheesecake! Thanks to all those who made this event possible.
